Hiop Joins Unicorn Factory Lisboa’s Scaling Up Program
We’re excited to share that Hiop has been selected for Cohort 7 of the Scaling Up Program by Unicorn Factory Lisboa—an initiative designed to accelerate the most promising scaleups in Europe and beyond.

When we started Hiop, we wanted to create an organization that could focus only on this. No fanfare. No drama. No hype garbage.
We’re on an ambitious path to change how builders organize and craft data for products, services, or automated insights. The trade-off between simplicity and scale has long been accepted as a given. We’re breaking that—allowing teams to scale data operations without losing speed or flexibility.
Now, we’re stepping on the gas.
We’re proud to share that Hiop has been selected for Cohort 7 of Unicorn Factory Lisboa’s Scaling Up Program, an initiative supporting post-seed and Series A startups. Since its launch, the program has helped 58 companies raise €379M and create 1 870 jobs.
Over the next eight months, we’ll sharpen our leadership, tap into a powerful peer network, and focus on growth — locally and globally. Thanks to the Unicorn Factory Lisboa team and our fellow cohort members.
